Returns & Exchanges

At Lucy & Yak, we want you to love your items, but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your order. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like an exchange for a different size, a store credit, or a full refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely package your items in their original compostable mailer or a similar protective bag.

• 4.
  Drop it Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location; once received at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 7-10 business days.
